How to Book

Clearly state the property, the dates you wish to book and how many people would be staying. We will advise you of any payments required. The large properties deposit is £300 and the smaller properties £100 deposit, to secure your booking. The remainder of the full amount becomes due 8 weeks before your arrival.

 We also require a £300 damage waiver cheque deposit (to be held on file, but not paid in) to cover the unlikely event of any damage or any extra cleaning, over and above the 6 hours allocated in the rental costs. This is required for Lane House Farm or Rigside Farmhouse. This should be sent in advance of your stay.

Payment

Payment can be made by either a Sterling cheque / draft payable to R White or by PayPal (incuring a 2.5% fee) or by BACS transfer.

Confirmation

On receipt of your payment and booking form we will issue our written confirmation and account for your holiday. It will give you the date by which the balance should reach us, which is 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. For late bookings (made less than 8 weeks prior to commencement) we will need to receive the full payment. Our staff will advise you at the time of booking.

Short Breaks

Rigside Farmhouse, Lanehouse Farm, The Haven, Stairways, Field end, Laurel Cottages are available for short breaks:
1 - 3 nights, 25% off the weekly cost
4 nights, 20% off the weekly cost
4 nights (mid week only) 25% discount off the weekly cost

Please note: FOR JULY AND AUGUST, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR:  5-7 NIGHT BREAKS ONLY

High Season

All bank holiday weeks. Christmas, New Year and Easter have their own price.

Additional guests or visitors we would need to know about. For extra guests at The Haven (+2) the cost is £40.00 per person per weekend.

Extra guests are charged at £40 per person per weekend for over 14 people at Lane House Farm and Rigside Farmhouse.
