How to Book Either complete the availability request form online or alternatively, call us direct on +44 (0)1993 831032, if you prefer, fax us on +44 (0)1993 831400, but please call first so we can switch the fax on or e-mail us at info@ruthwhiteyoga.com. Clearly state the property, the dates you wish to book and how many people would be staying. We will advise you of any payments required. The £100.00 deposit is refundable at the end of your leave. The booking will be held for you for 6 days only. Payment Payment can be made by either a Sterling cheque / draft payable to R White or, for an even faster service, you may quote your credit card details. Confirmation On receipt of your payment and booking form we will issue our written confirmation and account for your holiday. It will give you the date by which the balance should reach us, which is 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. For late bookings (made less than 8 weeks prior to commencement) we will need to receive the full payment. Our staff will advise you at the time of booking. Booking alterations A fee of £20.00 will apply to any alterations to cover administration costs. Cancellation Protection is available to both our UK and overseas customers. Winter Lettings The Haven is available for longer periods during the low season. Prices are often negotiable. Short Breaks The Haven is available for short breaks: 1 - 3 nights, 25% off the weekly cost 4 nights, 20% off the weekly cost High Season All bank holiday weeks. Christmas, New Year and Easter have their own price. Additional guests or visitors we would need to know about. For extra guests (+2) the cost is £50.00 per person per week.
