The Haven, Shipton under Wychwood OX7 6BD - Sleeps 8 (6 + 2)

Farmhouse Kitchen - Double doors to private patio garden, and front door to the courtyard. Well-equipped with gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining table seats 8. Sofa bed and TV.

Living room - Large, light, double aspect room with three sets of patio doors and window to field. Two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, TV and Hi Fi.

Bedroom 1 - 2 bedded room. Built in cupboards. Sunny room facing private patio garden.

Bedroom 2 - 2 bedded room. Walk through room to either end of the house, although access can also be achieved via patio doors at the front of the house.

Bedroom 3 - 2 bedded room with patio doors.

Bathrooms - Both bathrooms have baths with power showers above, heated wall-rack towel rails.

Patio garden - South facing and secluded. Second patio with garden furniture and private terrace with built in charcoal BBQ.
